- Reinstatement: Reinstatement of terminated services is at the discretion of Hyper RDP and may require the settlement of outstanding balances and a commitment to correct previous violations.
- Eligibility for Refund: If an issue originates from our end and remains unresolved despite our efforts, customers are eligible for a refund. This is calculated based on the remaining service days from the date of our last communication acknowledging the inability to resolve the issue. However, refunds or replacements are not granted if the customer is unable to integrate the solution provided by our support team. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period in such cases.
By using Hyper RDP’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these termination terms.
