User Responsibilities
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activities under the account are the user's responsibility. Promptly inform Hyper RDP of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions when using Hyper RDP services. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to copyright, data protection, and anti-abuse laws.
- Acceptable Use: Adhere to the acceptable use policy as outlined in the 'Use of Service' section. Any misuse or unethical behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Data Management: Users are responsible for backing up their data. Hyper RDP is not liable for any data loss or corruption.
- Service Usage: Use the services provided for lawful, intended purposes. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the services is strictly prohibited.
- Communication: Maintain respectful and professional communication with Hyper RDP staff and other users. Abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Reporting Issues: Report any service-related issues or vulnerabilities to Hyper RDP promptly to allow for timely resolutions.
- Resource Usage: Use the provided resources (like bandwidth and storage) responsibly, ensuring fair usage as per the terms outlined in the 'Bandwidth Usage Policy'.
- Updates and Notifications: Keep your contact information up to date and respond to notifications or inquiries from Hyper RDP in a timely manner.
- Backup Advisory: We have weekly backups for disaster recovery. However, please DO NOT use your server as a storage server for critically important data. There is always a chance of servers being unresponsive or experiencing hardware issues. Regular backups are essential as Hyper RDP cannot restore files if hardware issues occur. It is your responsibility to keep your data secure and backed up.
By creating an account and using Hyper RDP’s services, you accept these responsibilities and agree to adhere to them as part of our service agreement.
