Payment Terms
- Delivery time: Hyper RDP services are delivered instantly after the payment has been confirmed.
- Accepted Payment Method: Hyper RDP accepts only Card payment for all services.
- Debit/Credit Card Transactions: Customers are responsible for transaction fees and Transactions must be completed within the invoice timeframe.
- Future Payment Methods: Should additional payment methods be introduced, they will adhere to these terms unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Obligations: Full upfront payment is required. Delayed payment may lead to service suspension or termination.
- Non-Refundable: Payments to Hyper RDP are non-refundable. In exceptional cases of internal issues leading to service downtime, compensations or refunds may be issued equitably, but these do not cover personal damages. Services are to be provided within 24 hours of payment; should service delivery exceed this timeframe, customers are eligible to request a refund. This refund option is invalidated once the service is utilized. Refunds are granted only once per service and are not applicable after 24 hours of service usage or for dissatisfaction-related cancellations. Importantly, any refunds processed will be credited back exclusively to the customer's site wallet with Hyper RDP. Direct cryptocurrency refunds are strictly prohibited and will not be provided under any circumstances.
- Changes to Payment Terms: Hyper RDP may revise these terms with immediate effect, communicated in advance to customers.
